The Nathaniel

The design

The Nathaniel draws from the Arts and Crafts tradition — stained cedar shake, stone column bases, deep overhanging eaves, and bronze metal accents — but the floor plan is unapologetically contemporary. The first floor centers on a vaulted great room with a stone fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows toward the rear of the lot; the primary suite sits at the opposite end for privacy. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms, two baths, and a finished bonus room over the garage. The three-car garage accommodates a workshop bay or future EV charging.
