About the collection
Each design is a starting point. The architect on the Nathaniel Hill team adapts the floor plan, materials, and exterior details to your lot and your preferences — within the protective covenants that keep the community consistent. Every home meets the minimum 2,300 sq ft requirement for two-story plans (1,800 sq ft for single-story) and goes through the Architectural Review Committee before construction begins.
