Clearing the 0.90-acre wooded parcel on Lot 2

Clearing the designated building pocket, establishing access driveways, installing silt fencing for erosion control, and excavating for the foundation footings.

Engineering Log

Silt fence installed per MA Wetlands Protection Act. Soil compaction testing: 98% dry density. Excavation depth: 4'-6" below finish grade.
